Reiki is a beautiful healing art offering beneficial, calming, balancing, and stress-reducing effects.
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.
A Reiki session may help ease tension and stress. May also help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels- physical, emotional, and spiritual. A session is between 45-60 minutes & is pleasant and relaxing.
Access Bars Session
Access Bars is a relaxing and nurturing process that can change many aspects of your life and health.
Access Bars Therapy is a hands on energy healing process.
It uses energy centres or bars which are located on the head, and unlocks them using a gentle touch. There are 32 different energy centres on the head and once unlocked and released they flow down into the body.
When access bars are triggered, they begin to release the thoughts, feelings, emotions and beliefs that no longer serve you. (body image, aging, healing, sex, joy, sadness, awareness, control, creativity, money, etc. ).
It can change your entire life with total ease.
Full Moon Ceremonies
Full Moon Ceremonies are offered monthly through Zoom. Everyone is welcome to attend.
The Full Moon is a wonderful time for meditation, cleansing and recharging your energy, healing, and for releasing and shedding the old to allow your highest divine potential to manifest in your life.
Each month we come together as a collective and harness the energy of the full Moon. We focus on a certain area, IE Forgiveness or Abundance and enjoy some wonderful meditations. The evening is a very uplifting positive experience.
Cacao Ceremonies
Gathering together to drink cacao can create healing, connection and inspiration for all.
The group will be led through a cacao blessing, where they learn about the cacao they are drinking, and how it was prepared.
We use only ceremonial cacao, which is helpful for getting clarity, setting intentions and doing healing work & inner processing. It provides a
healing experience for your mind, body & spirit.
Through opening the heart, cacao enables us to hear our true self, work through blockages and past traumas, dissolve any pent up negative energy, and help us align with who we truly are.
Cacao is also renowned for releasing dopamine and endorphins in the body, which soothe symptoms of PMS as well as depression, by boosting our mood.
A Cacao ceremony is rooted in helping to re-balance the energies within us, and restore good health.
Cord Cutting Ceremonies
Everyone benefits from a cord cutting. Especially if a relationship has ended, whether it’s romantic or platonic, those cords can drain you of your vital life force, and prevent you from moving forward. So, cord-cutting rituals are some of the most needed, and most powerful, things that we can do!
You will be able to tell who you have the most toxic cords with, because there will be a certain negativity associated with the relationship, no matter how much you love or respect the person.
Imagine the freedom you can feel having that extra peace of mind, letting go of unwanted baggage, not to mention being free emotionally as well.
